Membership is open to people connected to Cameroon who live in the Netherlands. By joining, you agree to support other members when a verified campaign opens.

Who can join
You must live in the Netherlands and have a connection to Cameroon.
Each eligible family member must be registered separately.
Spouses
Spouses of eligible members, including spouses who are not Cameroonian.
Children
Children under 18, linked to a registered parent or guardian.

Complete the form
Submit a separate form for each adult and child.
Pay the registration fee
Adults pay a one-time €25 fee. Registration for children under 18 is currently free.
Receive a temporary number
FJH issues a temporary registration number after registration and payment are processed.
Complete the qualifying period
The six-month period begins on the date of registration and payment.
Begin full membership
Full membership benefits begin after six months, provided all membership requirements are met.

FJH uses its official channels, including WhatsApp, to communicate with registered members.

There is no monthly fee or subscription. Members contribute only when a verified solidarity campaign opens.
Membership status
What it means to remain in good standing.
Your membership remains active when you meet all membership obligations.
- Complete registration, pay the applicable fee and finish the six-month qualifying period.
- Keep your contact and household details up to date.
- Contribute to every verified campaign within the period given in the campaign notice.
- Follow the Internal Regulations and member conduct rules.
If you do not meet these obligations, you can lose good-standing status. This may affect your family’s eligibility for support. Suspension and reinstatement follow the Internal Regulations. Contact FJH quickly if you have a problem.
What might membership cost in a year?
There is no monthly fee. For example, a €6,000 campaign shared by 350 members is about €17.14 each. Two similar campaigns would total about €34.28. A new adult also pays the one-time €25 registration fee. The actual annual cost depends on the number of campaigns and participating members.
