Information we may collect

This may include your name, contact details, address, date of birth, family links, FJH number, membership status, registration payment and campaign participation. A bereavement report may also require official documents and family contact details.

02

Why we need it

We use this information to register members, maintain the member database, communicate, verify good-standing status, manage campaigns, process authorised payments and meet legal duties.

03

The member WhatsApp group

Members are added after registration, payment and approval. Other group members may see your phone number, profile name and profile image, depending on your WhatsApp settings.

04

Who may receive information

FJH shares information only with authorised officers or service providers who need it for association work, or when the law requires it. FJH does not sell member information.

05

How long we keep it

We keep records only as long as needed for membership, campaigns, finance and legal duties. Some records must remain after membership ends.

06

Your rights

You may ask to see or correct your information. Where applicable, you may also ask us to restrict, delete or stop using it. Legal record-keeping duties may limit some requests.

07

External services

Registration and communications may use services such as Google Forms and WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
