General Meeting of Members
FJH belongs to its members. The General Meeting is the association’s highest authority. Every member in good standing has one vote.
Governance and documents
FJH is young and built by volunteers. Behind the visible work are quiet working sessions where people bring different experience to one table, question assumptions, rethink what could work better and agree on practical next steps. This patient work is turning a compassionate idea into a dependable organisation that can serve families for generations.
Foundations that last
Registration makes FJH accountable under Dutch law. The work continues through careful planning, honest review and documented decisions. We are defining responsibilities, improving our systems and protecting members’ contributions before growth makes those tasks harder.
“We are not building FJH around personalities. We are building it around duties, checks and records that future members can understand, improve and carry forward.”
Where authority sits
FJH belongs to its members. The General Meeting is the association’s highest authority. Every member in good standing has one vote.
The President, Secretary and Treasurer manage the daily work, maintain records and carry out decisions under the association’s approved rules.
At least three elected members supervise the Management Board, review its work and safeguard the association’s interests.
The volunteers doing the daily work
These three volunteers turn member decisions and approved rules into day-to-day action. Together, they coordinate the administration, records, communication and practical work of the association.
